The absolute deadline for the round is Friday 31 January 2020.

Remember that 8 January is the default date for the round. It is good practice to confirm with your opponent that they are available to play on that date. It is courteous to give at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to make the date – some participants have a distance to travel to the club
